It owns the following 7 subsidiaries engaged in automobile parts, Shandong Pengxiang Automobile Co.,Ltd, Jilin Dongguang Aowei Brake System Co., Ltd (previous Jilin Automobile Brake Factory), Changchun Yidong Clutch Co., Ltd, Dahua Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Jilin Norinco Driveshaft Co.,Ltd., Jilin Dongguang Yusei Machinery Co. Ltd and Baicheng Zhongyi Precise Forging Co., Ltd.
The R&D capability, testing facilities, large-scale production capacity(rakes,clutches.Flywheel & ring gears,drive shafts,drive&driven axles, automotive mirror, and special purpose vehicles etc.) are all on highest level in China.
